Cairns - Just Us Theatre Ensemble (JUTE)
Darwin - Darwin Theatre Company
Mackay - Crossroad Arts
Townsville- extensions Youth Dance Company
Townsville - Tropic Sun Theatre Company
Started to take control of their own touring destiny. Crystallising their ideas how the existing ‘ARTS-Transit’ (Queensland Arts Council) could best work for their regions. The companies agreed to share resources, including creative personnel.
In 2005, Darwin Theatre Company (DTC) joined this consortium and ARTS-Transit, with additional NT funds, deepened the co-operation and extended it into co-production and presentation of each other’s work |
