Mark Reed

Mark graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 1993, where he studied opera and theatre.

He began his theatrical apprenticeship under the stewardship of Sue Rider at La Boite Theatre Brisbane,touring with the then La Boite schools program.

Mark's involvement with theatre covers a twenty year period performing in musicals, Shakespeare, contemporary and absurdist art forms.

His great passion is in constructing the characters he plays from the "feet up". His other interests are playing the banjo,the musical saw and the baritone ukulele. Mark would like to thank his father for passing on his musical spirit which has helped with the evolution of Futz.
