Una arrived in Australia in1983 and worked as a freelance writer/ photographer. Her work has been published in many magazines and newspapers including the Townsville Bulletin.

Una formed and trained the 'Cardwell Drama Kids' for whom she wrote many adventure, fantasy and history movie scripts. In partnership with cinematographer, George Hill ,she produced a successful series of 30 - 60 minute movies.

Script Writer, Director, Performer, Archivist , Dramatist, Teacher and Historian.

Graduated Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama (UK) with B.A.& B.Ed equivalent (English, History, Speech & Drama.)

Wrote, directed and produced a show with the Ingham Endeavour Clients ( aged 16 - 66 years) for many years.

Editor for Woolworths in-house magazine In Sydney where she also taught Voice and Speech in two stage schools.

A m ember of Neptune Theatre Company - the first professional company in Nova Scotia. She also wrote and performed there for CBC radio , directed some 20 three act plays and appeared in many amateur lead roles

Lecturer in Voice and Speech in both the Drama and the Education Departments in both Dalhousie & Mt St Vincent Universities During the 1970's.
