THE TAMING OF THE SHREW
May 8 - May 18
Baptista has two daughters. The younger, Bianca, enjoys the adoration
of several persistent admirers while the elder,Katherine, would sooner
go three rounds in the ring with a man than ever be pursued by one. When
Baptista declares that he will not permit his younger daughter to marry
until Katherine has first found a husband, Biancas suitors employ
a wealthy playboy, Petruccio , to woo the wayward Katherine. Her impossible
nature is just the sort of challenge his ego is looking for.
