A powerful interpretation of George Orwell’s satirical allegory of the Russian Revolution. It is the story about a group of oppressed animals that take over a farm in order to establish equality, only to discover that the pigs want more power. This production of Animal Farm is minimal, placing the emphasis on the actors to invent and quickly transform characters, locations and situations in front of the audience, punctuated with stylistic fast paced movements and sounds. |
